FREE DELIVERY ON ALL PRODUCTS

We aim to deliver in between 3-8 weeks however depending on availability we may have to deliver within 10-12 weeks. We will always keep you updated on the arrival date.


DELIVERY FAQ


Who do you use for delivery?


We use 3 different courier companies to handle our orders, DHL, Interlink, Ketra and Dachser, each one selected depending on the final destination, postcode and weight. Tracking you order is very simple, once it has been dispatched simply log into your account to view your tracking number and details of how to track the item.


Returns and Refunds


If you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange, provided that the items where not pre-ordered or customized and that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund the sum paid for the goods, excluding a 20% restocking fee and any original and return delivery charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.

The original packaging must be undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to or deduct a charge at our discretion.



Cancellation of made-to-order products


You may cancel your order with us up to the end of the 3rd day from the date your order was placed (within 24 hours for express orders) , providing your items have not already been sent. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing to admin@waltonfurniture.com quoting your name and order reference number.  If you wish to cancel your order after the 3rd day but before it has been shipped, you will occur a fee of 50% which will be deducted from the original price to contribute towards material and production costs. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse Pre-order & bulk orders for trade customers cannot be cancelled once confirmed either in writing or on receiving deposit payment.



Delivery charges


All deliveries are curb side only! If extra assistance is required please call Walton Furniture to arrange. Please note that this will incur an extra charge.


We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.




Recycling of Packaging

Walton Furniture and its delivery partners do not offer collection and subsequent disposal of packaging materials and wooden pallets supplied with


your order. It is therefore buyers responsibility to dispose of them. If you have any questions about local facilities in your area please contact your local council.

Damaged Items

Damaged or missing parts must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail. All original packaging MUST BE KEPT for inspection. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.
