How are your prices so low?
We have invested heavily in an infrastructure that is well automated and commercially driven. We have our own warehouses and produce all the products ourselves cutting out the "middle men", which allows us to pass on much lower prices. We never compromise on quality and the result is a business that is sustained on volume and repeat business.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3-6 weeks, sometimes since our products are made to order, it can take between 8-12 weeks for you to receive your order. Your items need to be "specially produced" for you, and in these cases, that is why you may need to wait a little longer.

Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, we deliver to all European countries. Your order will arrive within 3-6 weeks, sometimes since our products are made to order, it can take between 8-12 weeks. A full tracking number is provided so you can follow its progress in real-time.

Do you have a showroom?
We don't have a showroom since we are 100% an e-commerce business. This is also why we are able to keep our prices down, focusing on great quality and finishes.

Can you send out colour & material samples?
Yes, please use the online form, or contact customer services.

What is the quality of your products like?
We take great pride in our products which are all made to a high standard of quality and manufactured to meet European safety requirements. We also take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are not damaged during transit. Rest assured we aim to bring you the same quality you would find if you bought an original.

How are my items delivered?
We use a range of courier partners who are responsible for our deliveries. We aim to deliver in between 3-8 weeks however depending on availability we may have to deliver within 10-12 weeks. Usually large items like sofas will be sent by pallet; however the majority of other items will be shipped by couriers such as DHL, FedEx and DPD.

Can I collect my order?
At the moment collection is not possible. However, we deliver to any address in the world, straight to your doorstep.

What happens if I want to change my purchase?

If you would like to return your purchased goods, we are happy to arrange a refund or an exchange, provided that the items where not pre-ordered or customized and that we are notified of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of delivery. We will refund the sum paid for the goods, excluding a 20% restocking fee and any original and return delivery charges, within 30 days of your cancellation.

The original packaging must be undamaged in a resalable condition. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to or deduct a charge at our discretion.


Are your products originals?
No. Our products are reproductions of the original designs. We are not the licensed manufacturers of these products, but instead are offering affordable, extremely high quality reproductions of classic furniture pieces.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), Bank Transfer & PayPal (PayPal payments are subject to 2% handling fee).

Can I pay on Delivery?
No. We are currently unable to offer this as our couriers are unable to provide this service.

Will I be supplied with a Tax/VAT Invoice?
Yes. You will receive a UK Tax/VAT invoice by email after placing your order, and again when your order is delivered.

I live outside the EU, do you deliver to me?
Yes, we do deliver throughout the globe; however our online system is unable to handle these transactions as shipping rates will need to be calculated manually. Please instead contact customer services who will be happy to assist you with your order.

Can I order by phone or email?
Yes. We are more than happy to take orders directly over the phone or by email.

Where are you products manufactured?
We source materials from suppliers across the globe, allowing us to deliver the very best quality products at our comparatively low prices. Our products are then assembled in our factories located in both China & Poland.

Do the items sold on your website come with any warranty?
All products supplied have a warranty of one year. We also give the option to extend the warranty against factory defaults for an additional 2 and 4 years, however you will need to contact customer services for a quote before you place your order. Walton Furniture Ltd.’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
- Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
